Glackin Thomas Panzak is led by three principals who have collaborated with each other for over 25 years. The strengths of the principals are complementary; therefore each client can rely on the knowledge and experience of the person most in tune with the assignment.
Chris H. Garrity, RLA, LEED AP
Mr. Garrity has been a project manager at Glackin Thomas Panzak, Inc. since 2004. His project experience includes landscape architectural design for traditional neighborhoods, mixed-use developments, commercial projects, hospitals, colleges and universities. He has extensive experience in all aspects of landscape design from concept sketch plans to detailed construction documents, encompassing projects of all sizes and scale from small gardens to local streetscapes to large residential developments. Mr. Garrity regularly coordinates production efforts with staff members and project team members, including engineers, architects and attorneys to efficiently provide creative solutions which address governmental requirements and meet our clients’ objectives.
Prior to joining the team at Glackin Thomas Panzak, Mr. Garrity served as a project designer for a land planning and landscape architecture firm in Denver, Colorado. There he prepared master plans for recreational and large scale, mixed-use projects. He also provided landscape architectural design and construction documentation efforts for revitalization of local mountain resort towns, entry monumentation for corporate office parks and streetscapes, and parks for regional cities.
