Dennis F. Glackin, AICP, PP

Mr. Glackin has a comprehensive background in land use planning and development, including all phases of zoning and land development. He has been a consultant to landowners, developers, municipalities and institutions on land planning matters. Mr. Glackin has been recognized as an expert witness in planning before numerous courts, zoning hearing boards, boards of view, municipal governing bodies, and planning commissions, and has represented clients before various state environmental and transportation departments. He formerly directed a major municipal planning department in the Philadelphia suburbs and was a partner in a development company. He is the founding partner of Glackin Thomas Panzak.

Mr. Glackin has actively participated in the conceptual design phases of master plan and planned residential and mixed-use developments in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. This has included transit oriented developments and town centers. He has managed the planning and design of active adult communities, award winning open space developments, and continuing care retirement communities. His expertise lies in the conceptual design of complex projects and the governmental approval process of plans in the mid-Atlantic region.
