Glackin Thomas Panzak is led by three principals who have collaborated with each other for over 25 years. The strengths of the principals are complementary; therefore each client can rely on the knowledge and experience of the person most in tune with the assignment.

Lisa L. Thomas, RLA, AICP, LEED AP

Ms. Thomas has extensive landscape architectural and land planning experience as a principal with Glackin Thomas Panzak, Inc. Her professional expertise includes projects for both the private and public sectors. She is responsible for the overall management of projects, coordination of project consultants, and provides testimony before municipal boards and commissions at public hearings.

For the private sector, Ms. Thomas’ experience includes mixed-use developments, traditional neighborhood and open space developments, institutional and commercial projects. She has a broad proficiency in the development of site feasibility studies, environmental analysis studies, site design, reforestation plans, open space management plans, and detailed construction documentation plans. She has prepared zoning amendments to complement proposed projects.

Ms. Thomas also provides consulting services to numerous municipalities. Her expertise includes preparation of ordinance amendments, site reviews, landscape plan reviews, testimony in public hearings, landscape installation inspections, and the preparation of park, playground, and trail designs.

Her experience with previous firms included project design and construction documentation. As a land planner with the Chester County Planning Commission, she reviewed development plans, comprehensive plans, and proposed ordinances. She has authored several citizen information publications and provided design guidelines for community comprehensive plans.
